Our UV disinfection systems are widely used in various industries, such as food/beverages, electronics (semiconductors), aquaculture, pool/spa, and municipal waterworks, for inactivation of Bacillus subtilis spores, Cryptosporidium, E.coli, anaerobic spore-forming bacteria, and Legionella pneumophila.
We also have UV oxidation systems for TOC reduction of ultra pure water used in the manufacturing process of semiconductors and UV-AOP (Advanced Oxidation Process) systems for water reclaiming at semiconductor fabs and decomposition of hazardous chemical substances such as dioxins, trichloroethylene, 1,4-dioxanes, formaldehyde, surfactants, and cyanide (ex. iron cyanocomplex, organic cyanide, etc.)
