In electronics industry, water needs to be purified as much as possible, by UV disinfection and TOC reduction, to improve throughput. WOX series is capable of directly decomposing TOC to achieve the lowest level of TOC possible and suppressing the generation of byproducts by using the dimming function. It is equipped with newly developed UV lamps and electronic ballasts and is improved on its UV radiation efficiency for the process liquid by CFD simulations to achieve energy-saving and reduced wastes. WOX series is also used for decomposing organic-chlorine compounds in well water and waste water.
