ADXL/NDXL Series
For inline disinfection of liquid sugar
ADXL/NDXL series is developed to disinfect melted sugar. The sterilization for flat-sour bacteria, Bacillus subtilis, and heat-resistant bacteria can be done instantly without disrupting the manufacturing process. Compared with other disinfection methods such as UHT, UV disinfection systems require less electricity and frequency of maintenance.
Features
● Capable of treating liquid with UV transmission of as low as 0.5%
● Designed to produce UV dose of more than 50mJ/cm2
● 4log disinfection of E. coli, Bac-Spore IFO3134, flat sour bacteria, etc.
● Max. 80℃ of liquid temperature for NDXL series
● Compatible with direct CIP or hot water/steam rinsing (when UV lamps are off)
● No need for warming-up due to the use of low pressure UV lamps
Applications
● Disinfection of E.coli, Bacillus subtilis spores, flat-sour bacteria, heat-resistant bacteria etc. in liquid sugar
